This AI-generated anime opening is a visual tribute to the world of nu-metal, bringing together stylized animated versions of musicians associated with some of the genre’s most recognizable bands. The video features Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit, Jonathan Davis of Korn, Wayne Static of Static-X, Chino Moreno of Deftones, and Mark Maggiori, vocalist of the French nu-metal band Pleymo. Inspired by the energy of late-1990s and early-2000s alternative music, the project combines anime aesthetics, cinematic action, dramatic character shots, and the rebellious atmosphere of the nu-metal era. Rather than recreating a specific existing anime, the video imagines these musicians as characters within a shared animated universe built around heavy music, nostalgia, and stylized visual storytelling.
A crossover between anime-inspired animation and nu-metal culture, this project celebrates the visual identity, attitude, and musical atmosphere associated with bands such as Limp Bizkit, Korn, Static-X, Deftones, and Pleymo. The musicians are reinterpreted as animated characters inside an original action-driven setting, creating the feeling of an opening sequence for a fictional nu-metal anime series.
